GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Any sale or reservation entered into electronically with our Group is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).
Electronic means may be used to make contractual terms or information relating to goods or services available, in accordance with Article 1369-1 of the French Civil Code.
Information requested for the conclusion of a contract or information sent during its performance may be transmitted electronically if the recipient has accepted the use of this method.
ARTICLE 2 – CONSUMER INFORMATION
The essential characteristics of our stays and accommodation offers sold electronically are available, in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, on the website www.lifehotel.fr.
Our prices are displayed according to the Client’s search criteria. In addition to the total price of the reservation indicated, telecommunications costs related to access to the website remain the responsibility of the Client.
These GTCS are available in French and English. They may be printed by following the instructions provided on the website.
For any additional information, the Client may contact the selected hotel directly by telephone or email.
ARTICLE 3 – VALIDITY CONDITIONS
The validity periods of our stay or accommodation offers and prices are determined by the website updates carried out with each Client search and by the expiration of our offers or promotions. They remain applicable as long as they are accessible on our website, in accordance with Article 1369-4 of the French Civil Code.
Non-modifiable, non-cancellable offers: hoteliers may offer promotional rates for which no cancellation or modification is possible. In accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.121-20 does not apply.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND INVOICES
Our prices are expressed in euros and include all taxes.
As payment is made directly to the hotelier, the Client may request an invoice from the hotel corresponding to their stay.
ARTICLE 5 – BANKING DATA
Our partner MEWS is the sole entity, through its secure systems, to have access to and retain the Client’s banking information. This information does not pass through the Life Hotel website in any way.
These data are used in the context of the online sale of accommodation and additional services valid for any stay at the LIFE MARSEILLE VP – VIEUX PORT hotel (company SHMI – Société Hôtelière Marseillaise d’Investissements, SIRET number 530 080 761 00022, with registered office at 35 quai des Belges, 13001 Marseille). They are also used in the context of the online sale of accommodation and additional services valid for any stay at the LIFE BORDEAUX GARE – BG hotel (company SHEI – Société Hôtelière Excelsior Investissements, SIRET number 892 316 530 00013, with registered office at 20 bd Montmartre, 75009 Paris).
It is recalled that the Client has a period of 70 (seventy) days, which may be extended up to 120 (one hundred and twenty) days depending on the bank, to object to the use of their bank card in the event of loss, theft, or fraudulent use, in accordance with Article L.132-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the debit of sums owed by the Client proves impossible, the sale shall be automatically terminated by operation of law and the electronic purchasing process cancelled.
